Aus 30 Euro Kostenvoranschlag wurden innerhalb 2 Tagen und 2 Anrufen 180euro.Als ich darauf hin mein Rad dort unverrichteter Dinge wieder abholte und diese Abzocke ansprach ,meinte der sehr arrogante und unfreundliche Kassenwart(Hr.K.) "klappt immer" ..Nur wegen diesen Spruch hätte der woanders schon die Kündigung erhalten. Zudem wurden mir 16 Euro berechnet für diesen Affentanz dort.

Ich war heute im Cube Store Rostock. Vorweg, es ist ein toller Laden. Das Angebot ist sehr übersichtlich. Zu der Zeit war nicht gerade viel los, ein paar Mitarbeiter waren im Kundengespräch. Nach längerem Aufenthalt und ein paar Runden im Laden habe ich auch ein Bike gefunden was mir zusagt. Trotz meiner fragenden Blicke und die Suche nach einem Mitarbeiter wurde ich wohl nicht als potentieller Käufer erkannt und habe unverrichteter Dinge den Store für immer verlassen. Unter Service stelle ich mir etwas anderes vor. Natürlich lässt man einen Kunden im Gespräch nicht stehen, aber eine kleine Info, das "gleich jemand kommt "wäre ein guter Anfang gewesen. Ich denke, dass das nicht der ständige Zustand ist den ich erlebt habe, aber ich war darüber schon etwas verärgert und werde mir mein Bike wohl woanders kaufen.

Radhändler,wo man Ware auch testen kann. preislich hoch, aber das richtet sich nach seinen Bedürfnissen... Wir haben viele Infos gesammelt und Rest ergibt sich dann 😉😁

Bought a new bike, had problems from 4th month with chain slipping. When I took the bike back was just out of 6 month warranty. Mechanic told me I've been riding the bike wrong and a tooth has worn out on the cassette. The cost of a new replacement cassette was nearly €300. I asked for a second opinion from the supplier but the supplier was only a middleman and not the manufacturer. The bike was in the workshop for 1 month whilst I waited for a response. See photos. I took the bike to another repair shop in Rostock to be told there was nothing wrong with the tooth /teeth on the cassette. The guy removed the back wheel and discovered that the cassette nut was loose from the initial build from little johns bikes. The nut was tightened with torque wrench and the issue of chain slipping was solved! [€20]. Little johns bikes staff were not helpful at all and were quite rude and ameture. They obviously could not be bothered to look at my issue. I would never use this shop again. See photos of invoice that I was quoted. Message to little johns bikes customer services. Please do not respond to this post pretending to be sorry as no body in your shop was interested in the problem in the first place. Your comments will just be false.
