If you are looking to be ignored, you have come to the right place. We waited 40 mins for a menu, attempted to flag down the staff multiple times & finally had to raise our voice to call over a waiter. Food service was not as slow & the food was decent. We asked 2 people for the bill, neither brought it, both left for the night. After another 15 mins, we approached the bar to pay. They could not find our tab & yet asked us to help recreate it...which we did. Our family of 3 cannot remember a more disappointing dining experience. If you are reading this, consider yourself warned. Update: Mr. Staber, I appreciated your timely response & promptly emailed you right away. 2 days later I wait. My suspicion is the service demonstrated reflects the management training. As my email stated, I leave promptly at 0700 Tuesday. My email contains my contact info if your team desires to discuss. My recommendation is to read with your staff the book "Excellence Wins" by Horst Schulz. I wish you & your team well.

Bon hôtel. Le personnel est très gentil et poli. Les chambres sont très spacieuses mais nous avons eu un miroir cassé et sale. L’armoire était abîmée, moisie. Mais malgré cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Les lits sont confortables, il y a une bonne insonorisation et un mini bar. L’hôtel est bien positionné (centre de tout)

On the fotos, the hotel surroundings.. no possibility to reach it by car... the staff rude and not collaborating if there is a problem.. just pay.. absolutely not 4 star hotel

A fost o experiență extraordinară și ne-am simțit foarte bine în acest hotel. Personalul foarte drăguț , camera foarte curată , micul dejun absolut delicios , totul a fost pur și simplu perfect 🤩 Ne vom întoarce în acest hotel neapărat 😍
