The Schwan Locke is a relatively new hotel in the center of Munich, not far from the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station). We stayed here for one night and overall enjoyed our time. Friendly staff, there's underground parking and hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was also pretty good. But the main and only issue is the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. I would not recommend staying there in the summer months.

Gerade waren wir mit 4 Erwachsenen in der Tiefgarage gefangen weil die Zimmerkarten zehn Minuten nach der Check-Out Zeit nicht mehr funktionieren. Es gab kein Raus und Rein mehr. Ein sehr schickes und modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage. Die U-Bahn Station ist direkt um die Ecke, aber auch fußläufig ist es bis zur Innenstadt nicht weit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und bei einem nächsten Besuch in München schaue ich gerne mal wieder vorbei, wenn was frei ist 😉
This is by far the best hotel in Múnich. The attention is excellent, have laundry, kitchen and are very flexible. Recommended at all!

Despite explaining the error and providing context, my request for flexibility with cancellation fees or a refund or change in dates was not accommodated. We really enjoyed our 5-night stay at Schwan Locke and would definitely stay there again. The communication was excellent, and it started even before we arrived. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette facilities are really nice. There are lots of other little perks offered, including laundry (and soap!), a fitness center, a bar, and breakfast (for an extra charge). Everyone we encountered was always super helpful and friendly. We loved it!
