Good stay. The rooms are very modern with contemporary art which is nice. Used the underground parking as part of the stay which was good and secure however I had to pay the full price despite having a motorcycle. I had a fair bit of motorcycle luggage which was quite heavy and bulky and my room was located almost at the end of the hotel which wasn't great. It didn't help that there are quite a few doors along the corridor. Hotel has a free washing machine and dryers which is awesome. However these get BUSY. Plan well ahead of time to do the laundry. Room has all the desired facilities (including sponge and soap!) except an air conditioning unit which would have been great. Overall good stay.

Le petit-déjeuner est extrêmement cher par rapport à l'offre. Pancakes secs, oeufs brouillés aussi et froids. Le service de chambre n'est pas passé en 3 nuits sur place. Musique trop forte au petit-déjeuner.. Néanmoins l'hôtel est bien placé, à proximité du centre et des transports. Les chambres sont spacieuses et assez confortables Cependant le prix est bcp trop élevé par rapport à la qualité de service.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. The rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is conveniently located 50 meters from a metro station, 5 minutes walking from the Main Train station and 10 minutes walking from Marienplatz. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment itself was nice; however, we found that charging 10 Euro per day to turn on the air conditioning (on a 360 Euro per night stay) seemed rather cheap and petty. As well, a 300 Euro damage deposit was requested in addition to the total cost of the stay. It was agreed that the deposit would be returned within 7 days of the completion of the stay. We left the apartment immaculate. After 10 days I contacted Werner about the deposit and received no response. After two weeks I threatened legal action and only then was the deposit returned.
