Great hotel but try and get a room above the 1st floor as the noise from the trams outside starts about 5:30am.
This hotel was a lifesaver. We had reservations at another hotel right down the street, but realized that they did not have air conditioning and so we asked for a refund. Love the look and feel of the rooms. Hardwood canopied bed and cabinets, but modern bath.

The breakfast buffet is a bit meh, though.

Losing a star only because I was woken up to hammering in the hallway/at our door both mornings we spent here, without prior notice (before 8am). The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Service was very friendly. Great location, close to transport.
Really lovely hotel, I think some people were just unlucky or the type of people who moan at everything, who post bad reviews.

We are staying at the hotel at the moment and really can't fault it.
Farce of a hotel. Booked a large twin bed, but was given a room with two singles beds. When asked about this, was told “there is two possibilities with this room type” they “saw I had booked a single double bed” but this was “unavailable” unwilling to make any concessions for this. Blamed the system as the reasoning. Nothing first class about this place. AVOID

Please allow us to clarify: for the room category you booked, it is clearly indicated during the reservation process that there are two possible layouts—either a double bed or two separate single beds. The actual allocation depends on availability at the time of arrival, and unfortunately, we were fully booked for the double bed option during your stay. We absolutely understand this can be disappointing, especially if you had a specific preference.
While we always do our best to accommodate requests, we’re sometimes limited by availability. We are continuously working on improving our communication to ensure expectations are aligned from the moment of booking.

Unfassbar laut die Tram vor der Türe und eine große Baustelle.
Es stimmt, dass derzeit an der Dachauer Straße ein Bürogebäude errichtet wird. Unsere Gäste werden jedoch bereits im Vorfeld über die Buchungsplattformen auf diese Baustelle hingewiesen.
Was die Trambahn betrifft, so liegt unser Haus im Herzen von München – mitten in der lebendigen Innenstadt. Ein gewisses Maß an städtischem Geräuschpegel lässt sich daher leider nicht ganz vermeiden. Dennoch möchten wir betonen, dass all unsere Fenster mehrfach verglast und schallisoliert sind, um unseren Gästen einen möglichst ruhigen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Staff are excellent. Poor vegan options for breakfast. Needs alot of improvement here. Staff make up for this shortfall though.
