I trained here twice using my Wellpass card, and I was really disappointed. First of all, they don’t even have a single calf machine which is quite surprising for a gym of this size. The equipment overall seems disorganized. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

An sich ein schönes Fitnessstudio mit einem guten Spa-Bereich. Es kann aber nicht sein, dass man ständig nach einer funktionierenden Dusche suchen muss. Die Hälfte der Duschen sind defekt.

Terrible Experience – Would Strongly Advise Against Holmes Place, I would put zero stars if I could. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Holmes place. I signed up for a monthly subscription at €149,90 despite not living in Germany all year, in total I have paid to them € 349 (Price for 2 months including suscription). Knowing that I don’t have a German account they charged my card without issue, but from day two my gym access card never worked. Every time I tried to enter, I was blocked and had to explain the situation repeatedly to the staff — not once, not twice, but eight times. Each time, they assured me the issue would be resolved. It never was. I spent more than a month and a half dealing with the same problem, and despite my patience, nothing changed. I felt ignored, frustrated, and completely let down as a paying customer. The service is shockingly poor, especially considering the high price of this monthly payment. They clearly don’t care about their clients — only about collecting payments. If you’re not local or need reliable support, stay far away from this place. I do not recommend Holmes place under any circumstance. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and simply unacceptable.

Sehr freundliche und kompetente Beratung. Haben alles über Fotos mit Maßband über E-mail abgewickelt, da die Entfernung 650KM beträgt. Habe alles in eine Hand gegeben (Planung,Lieferung, Montage). Bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Danke an das Vitawell Team.
