Wir haben auf der Mainod anlässlich eines Konzertes in Höchst übernachtet. Wir durften die Jungle-Suite bewohnen, die wunderschön und total geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist, die nächtliche Ruhe ist himmlisch, die schwimmende Restaurant-Terrasse etwas ganz besonderes und Küche und Service nicht nur einwandfrei, sondern im positiven Sinne echt was Besonderes. Daß hier immer etwas zu tun ist und deshalb nicht alles perfekt aussieht,wird durch die Herzlichkeit und die besondere Atmosphäre mehr als wett gemacht. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch auf der Mainod und wünschen viel Erfolg und dabei auch Spaß! Viele Grüße Till & Gertrud

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dem gesamten Ablauf! Die Buchung war super einfach und schnell – wirklich unkompliziert und effizient. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass die Immobilie exakt so war, wie sie in der Anzeige beschrieben wurde – keine Überraschungen, sondern genau das, was versprochen wurde. Ich kann diesen Service nur weiterempfehlen und werde ihn definitiv wieder nutzen!

Hi, At the beginning my experience with Giannina Sedler and David Speier from Furnestate was good overall. However, during the 6 months I have spent there, my oppinion changed a lot. I paid a lot for cleaning in advance and after (100+ Euros each time!!!), but there were cockroaches everywhere! I have never met the landlords in person, they always hid behind emails, and I also had to deal with the new tenants looking at the apartment, the repairmen and the exterminator. Then the electricity shut down for 2 days, all of the food went wrong in the fridge, and they didn’t want to tell us why this happend. They always said: „We are working on it”, but treated us like children, and never told us the cause of the problem (why the electricity was shut down by the firm). They charged an extra 600 Euros from my deposit, saying that I didn’t cancel my rental period in time. They knew, that I wanted to leave the apartment in February, but they didn’t warn me or anything, which would have been kind from them. Overall, I would say that these people are just really greedy, they want to take as much money as they can from you. They don’t have the guts to confront you in person, the communication only happens with emails, which is really inhuman. The way they handle your money is really shady: they just say „you are going to pay for this”, but they don’t give exact numbers or good reasons. Even if they deduct money from your deposit, they put a freaking „😊” at the end of the email, like it is a good thing (well, good for them, I guess). Even if they say, that the apartment will be 600 Euro per month, in the end, you will pay much more! I don’t recommend renting from them: they are not upfront, the way they handle money is really shady and their communication is not honest, clear or helpful.

I am so pleased i chose the Stayery! I would love to return. It was the perfect place for my partner and I for a weekend in Frankfurt. Walkable to the river, very close to train station. The room felt chic, yet homely. The hosts went above and beyond to be acomidating and that really makes a difference. Thank you!

I booked this property on 21 December for 31 December and requested a cancellation within two hours of booking. The payment was taken immediately, yet no refund was issued after the cancellation. When I contacted the property to explain a legitimate work-related issue, I was met with a complete indifference. There was zero, zero flexibility, and zero respect shown throughout the interaction. What makes this situation even worse is that the property has kept our money and will now resell the room to another guest, effectively making a double profit from the same reservation, while we will not be staying there at all. This behavior and deeply disappointing. This property appears more interested in taking money than treating guests fairly. I strongly warn future guests to think twice before booking, as any issue is likely to be handled with hostility rather than basic customer care.

Thank you to Max Miller and Couva BoardingHouse - every single day and month by month You help me survive in Frankfurt (we all know what it is like to move to a new city for a new job, into the abyss of the unknown and with many unchartered waters). Thanks to Max (& His colleagues) as well my journey has been much much easier. Max is literally always ahead of the game, doing above and beyond for the guests, meeting their various expectations and needs. Thank you, Max, for being so lovely and helpful - I literally don’t know what it would/ could have been like without your help. Not to mention, Couva is fantastically located, in the heart of Nordend area/ Bornheim - Merianplatz. Location wise - you cannot find better. You pay for the location location location as well :D

!! Please stop removing negative comments !! Date of Stay: June-2022 Positive: Location Negative: Beds were not in good condition and not hygienic, no soundproof walls, frequently dropping internet, no gym, no transparency on available rooms/dates/prices, nothing. Additional costs like weekly cleaning, final cleaning fee etc are extra. I had paid around 50€ per night for roughly 25sqm2 for 1 month and 180€ final cleaning fee upfront. I had requested cancellation on the very first night due to overall noise but they refused. Conclusion: I would treat myself and not chose here again
