Ich wollte dort ein Auto kaufen für 21000 Euro. Der Mitarbeiter wollte mir einen Abverkaufswert für mein Auto geben. Dass ist eine Woche her. Heute habe ich nochmal angerufen, da hieß es, ich werde zurück gerufen. Bis jetzt kein Rückruf erfolgt. Wollen die überhaupt Geschäfte machen? Hätte sogar bar bezahlt....

Meinen ersten KIA hier gekauft und bin 100% zufrieden. Die erste Inspektion war auch gerade und das Fahrzeug wurde mir sogar sauber zurück gegeben. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich, Hilfsbereit, auch wenn sie schon kurz vor Feierabend sind. Das ist mein Autohaus des Vertrauens!

Die Werkstatt Christ ist nicht in der Lage nach mehreren versuchen die Klimaanlage von unserem kia Sorento zu reparieren. Wir haben 180€ für die Kühlfüssigkeit bezahlt. Der Kompressor wurde getauscht, aber die Klimaanlage funktioniert immer noch nicht! Nach dem wir Herr Christ gefragt haben ob die von uns bezahlte Rechnung gerechtfertigt war, hat er uns nahe gelegt die Werkstatt zu wechseln! Damit sind wir unverrichteter Dinge zu einer kia Werkstatt nach Nürnberg gegangen! Dort wurde unser Auto fachmännisch und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit repariert! Nie wieder Werkstatt Christ!

Our first time buying in Germany and Mark was outstanding. When we came in he was very friendly and helpful. He didn't make us feel like we were just another sale to him. Very informative and went above and beyond. Loved how we could sit and have chill and hilarious conversations in-between business, like we've known each other for years. He made the process smooth and easy. The states sales reps need to take a class from him.

I’m currently in the process of PCSing and received an offer from a German national to buy my car. I visited this dealership to get my car appraised, and initially, I was greeted by a very welcoming and helpful dealer. However, my experience took a negative turn when I met the supervisor of the dealership. His demeanor seemed off from the beginning. He presented himself as someone with over 25 years of experience in the dealership industry, but surprisingly, he seemed to lack knowledge about the specific make and model of my car. This was shocking to me because he claimed to have sold the same car before. Furthermore, he handled my car unprofessionally, such as opening and closing the doors by the windows, which was a personal pet peeve of mine. When he attempted to provide an appraisal value for my car, he tried to undersell it by nearly $9,000. I had to correct his mistakes on his own system, selecting the features he had purposefully excluded from the appraisal. This correction seemed to irritate him, and he abruptly asked me to leave the establishment. My overall experience with the supervisor is the primary reason for my low rating. Apart from some information on the process of selling a car to a German national, I would not recommend buying from or selling to this dealership. Edit Sept 13th, 2023 Just got a phone call back about the review I left and the supervisor is now threatening legal action against me for defamation of character and stating, “that I will be facing charges before I PCS and have his lawyers talk to my commander (implying it would stop me from leaving) so I can either take down the review or talk it over with him in person. This is hands down the most unprofessional and disrespectful action I’ve ever experienced in my 6 years in the military. So outside of just leaving this review I’ll be making sure to contact his boss and make sure they’re aware of this kind of behavior happening at their establishment.

So far I had nothing but positive and enjoyable experience with this business. The service is great, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. It is a small location so the selection is not as big as other subaru locations. I am sure I will continue doing my business here. Definitely recommend it.
