Herr Pöppel und sein Team verwalten mein SE höchst professionell - klare Abrechnungen, jährliche Übersichten, zugewandt, serviceorientiert, jederzeit erreichbar und in der Kommunikation sowohl mit mir als Immobilienbesitzer als auch mit den jeweiligen Mietern spitze. Kann ich ohne zu zögern jedem empfehlen, der eine oder mehrere Wohnungen professionell durch einen Immobilienverwalter vermieten lassen möchte.

Durch eine Empfehlung meines Anwalts, trat ich mit Herrn Herrmann, der Sahin+Herrmann Invest Group, in Kontakt um meine Eigentumswohnung in Berlin zu verkaufen. Da ich selbst nicht in Berlin lebe und im Schichtdienst tätig bin, war es mir nicht möglich bei Terminen vor Ort persönlich anwesend zu sein. Ich selbst hatte vorher keine Erfahrungen mit Maklern und dem Verkauf von Immobilien. Vom ersten Telefonkontakt an fühlte ich mich sehr gut und kompetent vertreten und beraten. Disrespectful of customers time and efforts, Buy Berlin is doing a disservice to both seller and buyer. We were in advanced negotiations with them about an apartment for us to live in, and they started disappearing for days (not answering the phone or emails and coming up with some wierd excuse later). The crazy part is that we agreed on a price and were suppose to get the reservation form, and they just disappeard never to be heard from again. I can totally understand a scenario where a better offer was received, but by communicating instead of acting like a five years old they might have been able to get a higher offer from us. I will make sure to not waste my time on any of their ads in the future, and I advise both buyers and sellers to do the same.
