Alles ich finde es wirklich schlimm, wie nach diesem Dürresommer mit Energieverbrauch umgegangen wird. Wenn man ankommt: die ganze Fassade wir bestrahlt. Völlig unnötig und auch wirklich störend für das Wohlbefinden.

We huurden een appartement in Freiburg voor onze zoon voor 6 maanden. Het appartement zelf was fantastisch, compleet ingericht en gerenoveerd met dank aan de eigenaar! Anna Laura heeft het hele proces super goed begeleid en we zijn zeer tevreden ook over de prijs kwaliteitsverhouding.

We came across them through an advertised apartment on ImmoScout24. After we attended the viewing appointment (where everyone was super nice) we contacted them. They barely replied, just once in 5-7 days, unreachable on the phone. They said they will contact us, when they have the decision. Therafter we saw the same apartment advertised on a different platform, so we contacted them again, questioning why they never replied to us. I am not giving this one star, because we did not get the apartment, I am giving this one star, because of their handling of the whole situation. I am happy, that we have our new home through an other real estate agent.

We looked for a place to do star travel in the black forest suitable for family of 5. The appartment was very clean, had refeigerator, microwave, washing machine, no AC but fans in every room, all furniture looked new, nothimg worn out. The bakery at the 1st floor is very nice also. Highly recommendex for your stay in Freiburg.

Appartement spacieux mais on regrette que le mobilier soit un peu basique. Quartier un peu excentré mais sûr.

El apartamento es amplio y bonito pero: 1°El sofá cama es viejo,esta abollado y se duerme fatal. 2° Hacia muchísimo calor y no hay aire acondicionado, no puedes abrir la ventana porque entonces a las 6h de la mañana ya te despiertas por la luz. 3°Hay 2 ventiladores pero no funcionan muy bien y hacen un ruido infernal, imposible dormir con ellos encendidos.4°El código para hacer el checkin no funcionaba y la máquina no explicaba el motivo, les escribimos email y no contestaron, llamamos por teléfono y no lo cogieron, al final llamamos a booking y hicieron que nos llamarán, por lo visto la habitación no estaba limpia, (a pesar de ser las 18h)y por eso la máquina de checkin no nos permitía pasar pero tampoco decia el motivo. Pero los perjudicados fuimos nosotros que estuvimos 1 hora en la puerta esperando una solución y perdimos una actividad que teníamos organizada.

Waren schon öfters da, um Brägele und Schnitzel zu essen, die sehr lecker sind! Wegen dem leckeren Essen haben wir für 12 Personen einen Tisch an Ostern reserviert und siehe da: Wir bekamen nicht die normale Speisekarte, sondern eine Osterkarte mit 3 Hauptgerichten (Fisch, Fleisch, Spaghetti und als Beilage Spätzle). Am Telefon wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen! Einige von uns fanden bei der kleinen Auswahl leider nichts zu essen.. aus der normalen Karte konnte wir nichts wählen, da es diese Gerichte angeblich nicht am heutigen Tag gäbe. Als wir nach dem Essen rausgingen, saßen draußen Gäste und aßen Brägele. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätte ich nicht reserviert und draußen gegessen.Waren echt total enttäuscht.
