Imagine arriving at 1:00 AM after a 7 hours drive, knowing that everything is fine because you called them beforehand and they assured you about that. Even the parking space, number 7, is reserved and paid for. Then, when you arrive, the first thing you notice is that the parking space is already occupied. You go to the entrance of the building, get inside with the provided code, and try to self-checkin, but the machine keeps saying "You cannot p…
Arrived at night, there was nobody on the phone to help us with this error after closing hours since it’s SELF CHECK IN, we had to look for another place to stay in the middle of the night. We had the QR and everything ready on email, it simply did not work. Just stick to hotels, much safer, always reliable…
Die Lage am Stadtgarten ist angenehm ruhig. Auch die Altstadt ist nur 500 m entfernt. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Selbstverständlich war es top sauber. Der Check-in Service war außerordentlich freundlich. 3 tolle Tage in Freiburg. Gerne wieder, wenn wir in Freiburg sind.
Wieder schöner Aufenthalt in den Freiburg Apartments. Apartment sehr ruhig und sehr sauber in der Nähe des Stadtgartens. Wir kommen wieder.
Excelente experiencia en este apartamento. El check in fácil y sencillo. Con todas las comodidades. El barrio es tranquilo y hemos dormido genial. ¡El apartamento tenía persianas! 🤩 Lo recomiendo. Ps: muy buen trato por parte de Ibrahim. Muy atento y agradable. Muchas gracias ☺️
Muy buena atención y trato con Ibrahim por si hacía falta cualquier cosa. Hotel con buena comunicación con el centro de la ciudad. Bastante bueno respecto a condiciones de higiene y comodidad.
Lovely apartment, very well equipped and superb location. Ibrahim looked very well after us and was approachable and always available to help.
In Ordnung. Vorallem Ibrahim war sehr nett. Wir waren im 4. Stock (kein Aufzug) untergebracht, wo es im Juli bis zu 33 Grad laut Thermostat im Schlafzimmer hatte. Ein Paar Ventilatoren sollen pseudomäßig für Kälte sorgen.... es war unerträglich. Zumal uns in der Mail ein Zimmer mit Balkon (nur in Etage 1 bis 3) angekündigt wurde. Die Küche lädt nicht gerade zum Kochen ein, beim Kochen am Induktionsherd erhitze sich leider auch die Besteckschublad…
Posizione favolosa, davanti ad un parco splendido a due passi dal centro. Silenziosissimo e completo di tutti i comfort. Accoglienza gentilissima e premurosa. Consigliato!
Das Appartement war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einer ruhigen, angenehmen Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Diskretion sowie der separate Zugang mit Kastenschlüssel, was zusätzliche Privatsphäre bietet. Die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtzentrum ist äußerst praktisch. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt – gerne wieder und jede Empfehlung:)
