GoogleThe person who attended me was very unkind and even spoke with irony while trying to sell me a prepaid plan. He charged me 30 euros for a SIM card that was supposed to be 15GB, but when I checked, it showed as 5GB. He said there was a surcharge for getting a new number, but selling me 5GB seems like a SCAM. He also didn't provide me with the 'Kennwort,' so I was unable to recharge the balance online (I couldn't do it through the app either because the registered country is different, not Germany). Today, I gave up and transferred my number to another company. I spent the entire morning talking online with Vodafone staff to get the 'Portierungsblatt' since I didn't have access to the portal because the person from that store didn’t give me my 'Kennwort.' After they understood what happened, they managed to send the information to my email. In the end, the company might not be at fault, and it could all have been due to the poor management of the person who served me at that time. I do not recommend it. I have only lost my time and money.
