Musste viermal in den Shop, weil die versprochene Aktivierung meiner Ersatz-SIM nicht erfolgte. Jedes Mal verlangte jemand andere Dokumente. Einmal wurde ein Dokument abgelehnt, das ich am selben Tag zuvor akzeptiert hatte. Absolut chaotisch und enttäuschend.

Staff were rude, unhelpful, and gave vague, dismissive answers. I complained about a problem with the app and was simply told “we have the same problem, what can we do”..

I just want to say a huge thank you to Lisa. I came in completely frustrated because my internet wasn’t working and I couldn’t even call the customer service
Lisa was amazing. She called customer service for me, explained everything, and even made sure they gave me 500GB so I wouldn’t be stuck without internet while the issue gets fixed.
She was super friendly, patient, and honestly just a wonderful person to deal with.

I booked on the Apple support page for a battery replacement for my phone several days before the service. I arrived the day of the appointment and the staff at this store inspected the phone and accepted it for servicing at 12pm.
After SIX hours, the repair technician realised that the store hasn’t got the parts needed to service the phone. I cannot understand how that is something that required six hours to figure out, especially for a pre-boo…
