I have taken internal transfer among different Orbis apartments itself, and trust me the transition had been smooth. All my concerns were also taken care whenever I quoted them over email. Wie bei einigen Anderen auch, antwortet man mir nicht mehr, nachdem ich mich darauf eingelassen habe anstatt einer Stornierung wegen Corona, einen Gutschein zu akzeptieren. Versuche seit 2 Monaten Kontakt herzustellen. Jetzt gibt es auch die Mailadresse des Mitarbeiters, welcher mir damals noch geantwortet hat, nicht mehr. Anrufe gehen ins Leere. The building is great with new facilities (gym, community room, laundry to name a few) and a great team that's always approachable and happy to help. Yes, at times there's noise or a problem with the rubbish, but any issues are being dealt with in a fast, professional manner. Sascha and his team not only take care of anything related with your apartment, but are just a bunch of friendly, extremely helpful people.

Think about a time that you got scammed and multiply this by three. This is the definition of ilive for me. They find a various ways to milk you in every aspect. Deposit? Hahah you get the fraction of it! Any broken things or cleaning? You gotta pay it yourself! They promote gym but gym is as tiny as it gets! They promote events but there is nothing in the event. Just some chips You pay around 9 euros for washing and drying They increase the price every year. So if you are really desperate to find a place I guess you can go. However, I would avoid this place in any cost!

Amazingly beautiful apartments! A modern design, very minimal, but combining warmth and aesthetics so well, you are not overwhelmed with unnecessary stimuli but the eyes only see harmony and that’s what reaches to the senses, too. The raw concrete marries perfectly the warm shades of the wood, plants and terrace are giving just the right dose of green you need. The kitchen is very well equipped, there are air purifiers in each bedroom and an individual bathroom for each room. We could not have asked for more. My only recommendation goes for the access codes that are used for the main entry and the apartment itself. When it’s not working for some of the guests and has not worked for the whole day (since the moment of check in) + it has been reported diligently at the moment we discovered it was not working, well in that case it should be a top priority for the staff to find a resolution, reach out to management, make it a priority, brainstorm the solution. Not just hand a card that we had to go search for at the reception of the main hotel and be told that it might not work by the next day and another solution might be needed but that’s something that will has to be resolved on the next day. For apartments of that price range, such communication is not what we expect. We expect quick and proactive attitude that offers how to rectify the situation on spot, and does not react to it only after we almost made a complaint. This calls for a rather different attitude and an appropriate response would be rather close to the idea of a compensation, than just listening to what we had to share as a feedback.

This is a really fantastic base for enjoying Berlin. The location is absolutely ideal in Friedrichshain, right on the tram and less than 10 minutes to Ostkreuz. The room was spacious and modern and all of the kitchen things worked great. The laundry was really helpful. Only issue was that the room got quite warm even without hot weather, though they at least had a fan.

It's clean and rooms have a decent size. The staff is friendly, show you where things are but they are more like receptionists. If something is broken, they cannot really do much. For the last 5 days the wifi connection is either completely broken or barely working at all. Over the weekend no one really cared to work on it and the poor guy sitting downstairs was basically kept hanging as well. In the last two days at least it works once in a while. But to describe it as unstable would be too nice. Especially if you come from outside of Europe this is not just an annoyance but actually gets quite pricey if you have to book additional bandwidth just because the WiFi is not getting fixed.
