Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, da die Zimmer und Flure eher einem Saunatempel gleichen und es unmöglich war, darin zu schlafen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, lediglich einen schwachen, verdreckten Ventilator. Da die Tram direkt vor den Fenstern abfuhr, war es extrem laut, um durch die geöffneten Fenster Abkühlung zu erreichen. Absolut keine Empfehlung.
Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und komme gerne wieder. Der Check in und Check out waren super einfach und das Team war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wäre toll, wenn der zweite Aufzug bald wieder in Betrieb genommen wird, denn zu Stoßzeiten wird es sonst etwas eng. Das herausragende sind wirklich das Personal und der Service. Das Zimmer war super, sauber und schön. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, Wasser, Küche… alles was man so braucht.
Der Aufenthaltsraum im EG war sehr gemütlich, es gab Kaffee und andere Getränke, Arbeitsplätze und ein gemütliches Sofa.

Die Zimmer sind nicht wirklich sauber, Krümel im Kühlschrank, die Toilette könnte gründlicher geputzt werden. Die Zimmer besitzen keine Klimaanlage, mein Zimmer war zur Hauptstraße ausgerichtet daher waren meine Nächte sehr laut. Leider war der Ventilator unnütz. Da er ganz verstaubt ist und als Allergikerin keine Option war.
Sehr nette und hilfreiche Mitarbeiter. Toll gelegen an der Kreuzung von zwei Strasenbahnlinien. Wer es ruhiger mag sollte nach einem Zimmer zum Hof anfragen. Die Aussicht ist dann zwar mau, aber viel ruhiger. Wer mit dem Auto anreist kann für 15 Euro pro Tag einen Stellplatz in der gegenüberliegenden Tiefgarage buchen. Das Bett war nur 1,40 m breit. Für zwei Personen etwas eng.

I have paid for a delivery of things that I have forgotten the day I checked out, but they still couldn’t send it to me properly. It was more than 2 weeks ago. First, there was an issue with a package (idk why), then they most likely forgot about it, after a reminder they sent it again with a typo in my town. So, once you’ve checked out, don’t expect any help.

again, thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our team at the hotel was available to you throughout the entire process and remained in constant contact with you regarding your forgotten items.
We understand your frustration. When we attempted to return your lost items, the main issue was the shipping label you provided, which unfortunately was too small for the package and could not be used. This led to additional steps and delays that we should have communicated better.
Furthermore, international shipping from Germany to Belgium naturally takes longer than domestic deliveries. This contributed to the time delays in returning your belongings.
Looking back, we think we're not the right match for you, and that's okay. We genuinely wish you the best at other hotels. All the best to you!
