Kann man wirklich empfehlen, Zimmer mit einer kleinen Küche, Bett super bequem. Alles was man braucht. Ich schaue mir Bochum, Bremen auch mal an 👍😃

We had the best stay In Friederichshain. Great location, great and easy check In and out.
Room was clean and had everything We needed. Only downside was, that the bed was a bit small for two people. Otherwise great experience. We will be back :)

Lage gut, Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür.
Betten von der Matratze her sich gut, aber die Betten sind für 2 Personen viel zu klein und wie soll man mit Einschränkungen überhaupt ins Bett kommen...
Darüber hinaus gab es noch mehr Mängel. Und das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis passt gar nicht. Absolut überteuert.
Wir waren knapp eine Woche hier.
Lage ist super und auch der self service Schrank gut.
Leider hat man das Gefühl die Betreiber machen es sich ein bisschen einfach.
Es wird zwar mit 24/7 Reception geworden, jedoch war für uns und andere Gäste oftmals niemand erreichbar (auch die Hotline hat es nicht geschafft, dass Anliegen wie komplett überschwemmte Badezimmer - dieses Problem hatten viele Gäste - an das Personal vor Ort weitergegeben werden ko…

Wir bemühen uns stets, unseren Gästen einen reibungslosen und angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Es tut uns leid, dass wir in deinem Fall nicht unseren gewohnten Standard erreicht haben.
In Bezug auf die Klimaanlage, aus baulichen Gründen war der Einbau einer Klimaanlage nicht möglich, wir bieten jedoch Ventilatoren zur Regulierung der Raumtemperatur an. 🌡️🌀

A fabulous place in all aspects. The room/space was very cool and supplied with all I needed for a 9-day stay, including a fridge and various kitchen "things." Plenty of room to stretch and do yoga. Excellent wifi.
The promptness of the service and support, via WhatsApp, was absolutely key, including the times I needed to ask various details and logistics - about the place and Berlin in general (my first time).
