Not satisfied with customer service provided by this dealership. On multiple occasions facing issues with our Jaguar and hoping to get good quality car assessment, feedback and support we have been let down by employees. Starting with unprofessional receptionists that can’t even bother to call back or send requested appointment confirmation via email. There are a couple of decent car specialists present, but most of the time you don’t even get a chance to talk to them, being left with some unmotivated representatives that act like they are constantly running out of time. A lot of concerns were overlooked and even if you ask one more time, the only answer you get “this is normal”. They even failed to spot and inform us of a serious issue that was visible with a naked eye… I believe this treatment of customers is unacceptable considering how much money each visit costs. Not sure where the management team is looking. So if you have the opportunity, I recommend you to drive and visit another dealership to avoid any disappointments.
