Greed wants to steal your money. the moment you step in their office. The lady in the office charges 250 euro cash no matter you have come after a long journey and are tired. My hands were bleeding but doesn't matter, MONEY before KEYS. Over charging the rent in every way. Please stay away from this place. Lifts barely work , the administrations are really bad. They will surely turn a blind eye whenever you need them. BE READY TO PAY crazy 190 EUROS if you lose your keys.

I had a great experience during my stay. I absolutely loved the room, it was clean, neat, and offered an amazing view of the river. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Breakfast was tasty, with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay.

In general a good hotel but the people behind the counter need some improvement in how they treat the people. Just had to watch a check in of some very kind people with a very ignorant and unpolite receptionist at check in.
