I’ve had a great experience living at iLive! The Community Manager is always friendly, responsive, and ensures that residents feel welcome and valued. The facilities are excellent, offering everything from a well-equipped compact gym to relaxing communal spaces. The location is also perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s a place that truly feels like home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant and comfortable living environment.

Greed wants to steal your money. the moment you step in their office. The lady in the office charges 250 euro cash no matter you have come after a long journey and are tired. My hands were bleeding but doesn't matter, MONEY before KEYS. Over charging the rent in every way. Please stay away from this place. Lifts barely work , the administrations are really bad. They will surely turn a blind eye whenever you need them. BE READY TO PAY crazy 190 EUROS if you lose your keys.

Tolle Lage direkt am Fluss – gerne wieder! Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen – zwar im Industriegebiet, aber direkt am Fluss, was für eine besondere Atmosphäre sorgt. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, das angenehm groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet war. Besonders praktisch: die kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine. Ein echtes Highlight war der drehbare Fernseher mitten im Raum – besonders für die Kids ein echter Hingucker. Das Frühstück war super: reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Sauna und Fitnessraum machten einen sehr gepflegten und einladenden Eindruck, wurden von uns aber nicht genutzt. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Hotel (kostenpflichtig), alternativ aber auch viele kostenlose Stellplätze in der Umgebung. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen!
