Está bien. Si no tenes posibilidad de visitar otros departamentos este es recomendable porque es fácil de alquilar y confiable. Me parece un poco caro, ya que por ejemplo el wifi no anda muy bien. Además es difícil de ventilar, en verano gace mucho calor.

Was nice living there in Urban Living HB.. for a single person the structure of apartment is quite decent.. moreover the Objektmanegerin Maria is always attentive and quick to respond 🎊 all in all I would recommend if you need promising place to live, iLive is nice option for you!

Greed wants to steal your money. the moment you step in their office. The lady in the office charges 250 euro cash no matter you have come after a long journey and are tired. My hands were bleeding but doesn't matter, MONEY before KEYS.
Over charging the rent in every way. Please stay away from this place.
Lifts barely work , the administrations are really bad. They will surely turn a blind eye whenever you need them.

We are so sorry to hear that there must have been a misunderstanding in communication😢
We always inform our tenants in advance about the service fee. You will find all the information about that in your rental agreement and FAQs.
Our elevators work very reliably except for a few isolated cases. We try really hard to fix any malfunctions within one day, so that our tenants can get to their apartments comfortably.
It is a pity that you had problems reaching our community managers, as they can be reached either during office hours, by phone or via App.
Regarding the loss of a key, only if a tenant locks himself out of his apartment and the emergency key service is called, 200€ will be charged.
