The building is great with new facilities (gym, community room, laundry to name a few) and a great team that's always approachable and happy to help. Yes, at times there's noise or a problem with the rubbish, but any issues are being dealt with in a fast, professional manner. Sascha and his team not only take care of anything related with your apartment, but are just a bunch of friendly, extremely helpful people.

Think about a time that you got scammed and multiply this by three. This is the definition of ilive for me. They find a various ways to milk you in every aspect. Deposit? Hahah you get the fraction of it! Any broken things or cleaning? You gotta pay it yourself! They promote gym but gym is as tiny as it gets! They promote events but there is nothing in the event. Just some chips You pay around 9 euros for washing and drying They increase the price every year. So if you are really desperate to find a place I guess you can go. However, I would avoid this place in any cost!

I've also tried to call every single day for a whole week, the call not even complete. I'm wondering if this company is still active.

Terrible experience, would never book here. We were never able to access the apartment we booked. No one answered the phone or replied to emails, and we ultimately had to book another hotel. After the reservation confirmation and payment, we never received any check-in instructions or access codes for the entrance or lock boxes. If you do not receive these in advance, do not expect to be able to stay. Reception is supposedly open between 10a.m. and 6p.m., but when we arrived at 2:45 p.m. (with check-in advertised as 3p.m.), no one was there. Another guest let us through the main gate so we could reach the reception area, where we waited for 45 minutes while repeatedly calling and emailing all available contacts without any response. We then went to a cafe around the corner and waited again for another while to see if anyone responded to messages/emails and tried calling the numbers again but no answer. This is a joke of a place.

I’d like to express my appreciation to Fabio Lapaix for fixing my kitchen faucet in just 10 minutes. (It had been quite wobbly and unstable, likely due to how it was left by the previous resident.) As soon as I mentioned the issue to Renatus Fraza, he promptly passed it along. Fabio quickly reached out, stopped by, and replaced the faucet without any hassle. Thanks a lot!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Busse fahren alle paar Minuten vor der Tür ab, egal ob zur S-/ oder U-Bahn, man ist "schnell" woanders. Der REWE vor der Tür ist auch perfekt. es ist mehr oder weniger modern eingerichtet und man hat auch ausreichend Stauraum.. das ist alles in Ordnung. Man kann sich also gut einleben und auf lange Sicht scheint wohl auch die Community zu funktionieren. Was mich krass genervt hat war, dass man das Zimmer nicht richtig lüften konnte. Im Hochsommer bin ich regelrecht eingegangen, so heiß war es im Zimmer. Für eine Ladung in der Waschmaschine muss man 4€ oder 4,50€ zahlen. Der Mietpreis ist Berlin-typisch ziemlich hoch und m.M.n. zahlt man schon einfach "für die Community" gefühlt 100€. Jedes Apartment hat ein eigenes Kellerabteil, top. Jedoch was man so aus der Community hört ist, dass wohl ständig Leute den Müll durchsuchen, welcher auch nicht regelmäßig rausgestellt wird, oder fremde Menschen sogar im Gebäude rumlaufen und einbrechen...Pakete verschwinden übrigens des Öfteren. Warum baut man nicht direkt vor der Tür, bei den Fahrradständern links und rechts Paketstationen hin? Der "Annahmeservice" des Büros besteht quasi daraus, die Pakete wegzuschließen, jedoch ist das Büro auch unregelmäßig geöffnet. Die Meisten Pakete landen davor aufm Sofa und jeder kann sich bedienen
