I lived at FIZZ Hamburg Altona for a year and it was a really good time. The location is great, the building is modern, and I really liked the international atmosphere. I especially want to thank Laura and Sara. They were always kind, helpful, and truly cared about us. Thank you so much!
FIZZ war unser erstes Zuhause in Deutschland – ein Ort, an dem aus einer fremden Stadt ein vertrautes Gefühl wurde. Wir haben 1,5 Jahre dort gelebt, voller Erinnerungen, Begegnungen und Herzensmomenten.

As a recent tenant of the fizz, I want to just make it clear to anyone that this is one of the worst places I have had to stay in for a one year duration.
The building faced many issues throughout my stay and each of them not having been resolved properly. There was a legionella contamination in the pipes which is very concerning and we never got an update on the situation. The community areas barely get cleaned as the fizz altona seems to have …

Excellent parking. Underground, based on number plate recognition and only 7 euro per day. Bus 3 towards the city centre almost stops on the doorstep, and the S-bahn is also close by.

I really enjoyed living there. The housing managers were friendly and helpful. Great public transport connections (5min walk to S-Holstenstraße). I can highly recommend it! 👍

Also ich weiß ja nicht ob ich Schiele.
Einzel- Doppel- oder Wg- Wohnung AB 950 - 1200 (!!!!!!) Euro. Ansonsten lauft ihr noch ganz rund oder was. Formuliert mir mal tatsächlich wie ein Student oder Azubi so viel Geld, neben seinem Vollzeit Studium verdienen soll?!

Ich habe 6 Monate in einem der Apartments gewohnt und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und Ausstattung sind top – besonders für den Preis. Die Rooftop-Terrasse ist ein echtes Highlight! Die Hausverwaltung (liebe Grüße an die Mädels) ist super hilfsbereit und kümmert sich wirklich toll um die Anliegen der Mieter. Ein eigener Balkon wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen, aber sonst absolut empfehlenswert

Ich habe im THE FIZZ Hamburg gewohnt und mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Apartments sind modern, die Lage ist super zentral und das gesamte Wohnkonzept perfekt für Studierende. Besonders toll war das Team – immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die liebe Housemanagerin, die mit ihrer herzlichen Art immer für eine positive Stimmung gesorgt hat. Ich habe 1,5 Jahre im FIZZ gewohnt und muss sagen es ist wirklich toll für Studenten.
Die Lage ist auch toll, mitten in Altona/Schanze.
Management Team immer bemüht und achtet sehr darauf das alle liebevoll miteinander wohnen, was bei 450 Wohnungen echt schwer werden kann. Aber im Prinzip wird alles für dich gemacht, du musst dich im nichts kümmern und das macht es zu einem tollen Wohnheim. Ich würde euch immer weiter empfehlen und falls ich noch…

Ich kann The Fizz absolut nicht empfehlen.
Die Wohnungen haben extrem schlechte Qualität – ständig gibt es Wasserschäden, die seit Monaten nicht behoben werden können.
Statt eine richtige Lösung zu finden, zwingen sie dich einfach dazu, ohne jegliche Hilfe oder Verständnis in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen.
Wenn ihr euer Geld loswerden wollt, dann bitte, zieht ins Fizz. Sonst: Finger weg!

Es wäre sehr wünschenswert, wenn sich auf der Dachterasse an die geltenden Ruhezeiten gehalten werden würden so dass nicht einige, wenige die ganze Nachbarschafts mit unfassbar schlechter Musik (Layla) terrorisieren würden. Leute ihr tragt die Verantwortung für eure Bewohner.
