customer service is awful. I called the number and I cant get hold of anyone. I have contacted them on instagram and no one is responding. My tenant portal isn't working and I can add my bank details anywhere for the monthly rent. I have paid my deposit and no response or confirmation. I have also submitted 3 tickets now and no one is responding. Neither have I received an accommodation confirmation letter that I will need for the council to regi…

I would give 0 if possible. So much problems. I don’t even have the nerves and time to write about everything.
Summertime and elevators don’t work
There are always elevators broken
Major problems are ignored
Minor problems are getting treated like the most important.
Trash recycling is impossible there.
The washing machines are not enough
And sometimes a few of them don’t work
Same for dryers
Stuff gets stolen regularly

I especially feel so thankful for one of the house managers, Domenico.
He did both my check in and check out.
As a complete expat in Germany, he gave me so many tips about the life in Germany in general.
Other managers also were very helpful whenever I was asking them for advice or help.
This place could be one of the most perfect options when you're just moving in to the town.

It's a wonderful building with everything you need, from a gym to a movie room. I am incredibly satisfied with my stay at The Fizz in Frankfurt, where I lived for 10 months. I always felt safe and was really happy with everything. Danny, Domenico, and Alex always provided fantastic service and were super helpful! Both the room and the facilities are very fresh and modern. It's definitely worth the money!
