I want to give -5 Star for this place, I moved here one and a half year ago and OMG there are nothing but problems in this building. Everything is expensive, washing machines are not functioning correctly, and even when they do work, everything inside the washing machine is dirty. According to the house manager, the machines are cleaned every day, but that is nothing more than a big fat lie, I have been checking the dirt pattern for over ten mo

The public areas were extensively renovated and refurbished two years ago to improve comfort for all residents. Our prices also reflect this quality, among other things. Totally not advise to live here, the building management here will seize any opportunity to deduct fees, minimum deduct 400 euro from the deposit when you leave. And they will force you sign on the agreement paper OMG terrible

Das Gebäude ist extrem schmutzig, die Waschmaschine ständig defekt, und der Rauchmelder gibt wöchentliche Fehlalarme. Der Hausverwalter ist nie erreichbar und bietet keinen Service. Eine vorzeitige Kündigung ist unmöglich, da man selbst einen Nachmieter finden muss – zu einem überhöhten Preis. Bei der Kautionsrückzahlung werden völlig überzogene Beträge einbehalten, oft mit Drohungen. Absolut inakzeptabel!

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass deine Erfahrung bei uns nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Unsere oberste Priorität ist es, ein gemeinschaftliches und angenehmes Wohnumfeld für alle unsere Mieter zu schaffen, und wir nehmen deine Rückmeldung sehr ernst. Wir bedauern, dass manche Waschmaschinen oder Rauchmelder nicht reibungslos finktionieren und ergreifen immer sofortige Maßnahmen zur Reparatur oder ggf. Austausch von defekten Geräten im Haus.  Bezüglich der Kündigung - unsere Mietverträge sind nach gesetzlichen Standards aufgebaut und ermöglichen eine vorzeitige Kündigung, sofern ein geeigneter Nachmieter gefunden wird. Wir verstehen, dass dieser Prozess manchmal herausfordernd sein kann, und unterstützen unsere Mieter dabei so gut wie möglich. Bitte wende dich an uns direkt an der Rezeption, oder über das Kontaktformular und wir werden nach Wege Suchen dir zu helfen. An dieser Stelle ist es wichtig zu erwähnen, dass wir unsere Mieter niemals respektlos behalndeln und bedauern, falls es zu Missverständnisse in der Kommunikation mit uns kam. I especially feel so thankful for one of the house managers, Domenico. He did both my check in and check out. As a complete expat in Germany, he gave me so many tips about the life in Germany in general. Other managers also were very helpful whenever I was asking them for advice or help. This place could be one of the most perfect options when you're just moving in to the town.
