I want to give -5 Star for this place, I moved here one and a half year ago and OMG there are nothing but problems in this building. Everything is expensive, washing machines are not functioning correctly, and even when they do work, everything inside the washing machine is dirty. According to the house manager, the machines are cleaned every day, but that is nothing more than a big fat lie, I have been checking the dirt pattern for over ten months(thanks to my ADHD), and I could see the same dirt patterns every time. They don't clean washing machines for weeks and have the audacity to lie to our faces. I have stopped using the expensive and unclean washing machines in Fizz; instead, a public washing machine next to Fizz is much cleaner and cheaper, which speaks volumes about the cleanliness of this place. Out of 4, only 1 elevator was working till now, but this weekend, that one poor elevator also broke down. I came from vacation and had to carry my 2 (23 kg) suitcases up 9 floors with stairs at 3:30 in the morning, causing mental stress and pain in my feet and body. Something more amazing than that is that the house manager is not responding/addressing complaints of broken elevator that tenants have been complaining since last 8-10 months, neither he cares about tenants nor he solves the problems of elevators instead has massive ego and arrogant chip on his shoulder would hide behind contract instead of solving the damn problem, utter lack of professionalism. The previous house manager (Domenico) was the best one; he actually listened to our problems, tried his best to solve them, and was honest and transparent, unlike the recent 2 house managers, who neither solved the problem nor wanted to but always blamed it on the tenant based on all recent experiences I have experienced myself and heard from other tenants. The house managers have zero accountability and no motivation for maintaining the building or its amenities. If they had the motivation to take care of building they would have fixed the elevator that broke down a year ago No security guard at night, one of my friends was followed by a stranger to her room, luckily nothing bad happened to her, but there have been more cases like this before in the past, since we still don't have a security guard, such cases can happen in the future also. Girls, really be safe for your safety please don't come here atleast till time they don't get a security guard for night!!! Packages, parcels, and even letters get stolen every time Rooftop is dirty as hell, every weekend there is a party, and the next day there are bottles on the floor As Jura mentioned in her review, I agree 100% that there are preferential treatment policies within the tenants; some tenants can return equipment at their convenience, while others will have to pay a "late fee." In addition to that, there are politics involved in the events and parties; it is always the same people organizing, and those individuals often use parties as pre-drinks and leave, without even bothering to clean up the party area the next day nor the management says anything to them or cleans it. I am happy to be moving out of this place at the end of this month. This place has caused nothing more than anxiety, stress, mental trauma, and recently, pain in my foot because of the best quality elevators we have in this building!! Positive: Penny downstairs If something positive comes up, I will update this review, but currently, there is nothing positive here; only pain and misery are the only constants in Fizz Frankfurt.
