Ich war mit der Beratung sehr zufrieden. Herr Derda war super lieb und hat meine Schiene gut ans Knie angepasst.
I am extremely disappointed with this medical supply store. I waited over a month for my medical insoles, despite being told it would take only 2 weeks. After calling multiple times with no response, I visited in person(even i work during this time). The staff was dismissive and even with a snarky face, saying i am annoyed of showing customers that I texted them—of course in my case using the wrong number. She didn't even say sorry. Andreas was very helpful and professional. He offered to order the knee brace I was prescribed, but had a good selection of other high-quality options in the store. The store was clean and easy enough to locate. I would recommend.

Ich bin total happy mit dem Service von Rehaform. Ich war Freitags 20 Minuten vor Schließung dort und wurde trotzdem zuvorkommend und toll beraten und betreut. Einfach klasse! Danke!

Mittlerweile gehen fast alle Mitspieler aus meiner Handballmannschaft dort hin. Bei meiner letzten Sportverletzung wurde ich sehr gut und kompetent von beiden Mitarbeitern im Sanitätshaus beraten. Ein wirklich toller und aufgeräumter Laden.
Beware, they will try to rip you off. Even if I had a prescription, the same product could be bought online for 29€ without a prescription. This places tried to charge me 35€ + insurance co-payment. Two stars because the guy working there seemed friendly.
