Worst place staying at tried to amend my reservation a month in advance the people working behind the desk seem to be pointless they moved my bag from my room without my consent, would never stay here bed sheets are ripped and stained god knows what I slept on, and mid way through my 3 night stay they asked me to move rooms to another room full with drunks and alcohol not good lady with face tattoos is useless

Please know that our cleaning company thoroughly cleans the guest kitchen three times a day, and our reception team checks it every hour. The kitchen is open from 8 AM to 10 PM to help ensure it's well-maintained. However, with many guests using it throughout these days because of the Festival in Berlin, it was occasionally be a challenge to keep it spotless at all times. We’ll continue doing our best to keep it as clean and welcoming as possible. We hope to see you again soon!

Staff are super friendly! Laundry on sites, close to lots of great food places and transport. Lots of space outside to hang out. Had a great stay

Personal war freundlich, Zimmer war nett. Für Berlin-Verhältnisse recht günstig. U-Bahn Station ist in der Nähe, die Bahn fährt bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Nichts überwältigendes, aber man bekommt alles was man braucht.

Wir haben für 2 Nächte ein Zimmer zu 3. gebucht. Der Check in war auch um 23:30 problemlos möglich, da die Rezeption 24/7 möglich ist. Abendessen und Früstück können sich für ein Hostel ruhig sehen lassen und sie haben doch eine recht große Auswahl. Einziges Manko des Zimmers war die Dusche, leider hat der Föhn nicht wirklich funktioniert und mach dem Duschen war das Bad etwas überflutet. Aber ansonsten TipTop, auch mit S und U Bahn super erreich…

Für solche Fälle steht Ihnen unsere Rezeption rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung – wir hätten Ihnen gerne direkt einen funktionierenden Föhn zur Verfügung gestellt oder bei der Überschwemmung im Bad unseren Hausmeister sofort vorbeigeschickt.
