Das Hostel kümmert sich um nix, lieber Fernbleiben.
Schade, dass es keine Schliessfächer in den Zimmern gibt, um Wertsachen abzuschliessen.
Allgemein recht sauber. In der Nacht wird es vor dem Hostel etwas laut, weil Gäste den Innenhof verlassen müssen und dann auf der Strasse vor dem Hostel weiterreden.
Positiv anzumerken ist die Flexibilität bei meiner Ankunft. Ich war eigentlich viel zu früh, konnte das Zimmer dennoch beziehen. So musste ich nicht mit der schweren Tasche durch Berlin laufen.

Es freut uns, dass Sie unser Hostel insgesamt als sauber empfunden haben.
Bezüglich der Schließfächer möchten wir gerne ergänzen, dass wir zwar keine Schließfächer direkt in den Zimmern haben, unsere Gäste ihre Wertsachen jedoch jederzeit sicher an der 24-Stunden-Rezeption aufbewahren können. Dort stehen entsprechende Safes zur Verfügung.
Die nächtliche Geräuschsituation vor dem Hostel nehmen wir ebenfalls sehr ernst. Wir achten darauf, dass unsere Gäste sich nachts entsprechend ruhig verhalten. Leider können wir jedoch nicht verhindern, dass sich Passanten oder andere Personen, die auf der Straße unterwegs sind, gelegentlich direkt vor dem Hostel unterhalten. Darauf haben wir leider nur begrenzten Einfluss.

Very easy and convenient hostel, would definitely stay again. Only problem was that the only lockers in the building were broken our entire stay and the closest other ones were at the train station. But overall a very pleasant stay.

Super fijne ervaring gehad met dit hostel. We hadden een privé kamer, wat eigenlijk net als een hotel aanvoelde. Daarnaast ook vriendelijk personeel en een fijne locatie (dichtbij de metro en een gezellige wijk op loopafstand).

Regarding the WiFi, our reception team is available 24/7 and is always happy to help. In many cases, connection issues can be resolved quickly with a little assistance.
Just for future reference, towels are complimentary in private rooms for one or two guests, while a small rental fee applies in shared dormitories, as stated during the booking process.
If other guests are being noisy, please don't hesitate to let our night reception know. We're always happy to step in so everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay.

Staff was polite, but the beds were very uncomfortable. and the 4th floor halls look like an old mental hospital, wouldnt reccomend. the only good thing about this hotel was where its located at. right next to a metro station and 20 mins to alexanderplatz. We specifically a room with a TV and got something completely wrong. it wouldve been a 1 star rating, but the placement of the hotel makes up for it.

Let op afgelopen 3 maanden 4 keer bedbugs gerapporteerd in de recensies. Wij zagen het te laat dus konden niet meer annuleren. Ik heb nog geen bevestiging gezien dat het probleem grondig is aangepakt door het hostel. Benieuwd of Pegasus hier iets over kan delen.

As stated clearly at the time of booking, your reservation was made under a non-refundable prepayment rate, which does not allow for cancellation or refund regardless of the reason. This policy applies equally to all guests and is communicated transparently before booking is completed.
Regarding your concern about bed bugs: any reported issues in the past were addressed immediately and professionally with pest control. Such incidents can unfortunately occur in any accommodation worldwide — hostels, hotels, or private homes — most often introduced through guests' luggage, and are not indicative of cleanliness standards at our property.
We're sorry you feel this outcome was unfair, but we must apply our booking terms consistently for all guests.

Wir waren in einem einfach eingerichteten Doppelzimmer untergebracht. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber.
Das Frühstück war einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Es gab unter anderem Ei sowie Kaffee und Tee. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist sehr gut: Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist nur etwa 400 Meter entfernt, und auch der Ostbahnhof ist mit rund 800 bis 900 Metern gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt…

Den Hinweis zur Lautstärke auf dem Flur nehmen wir gerne auf – Ihr Vorschlag mit einem Aushang zur Nachtruhe ist eine gute Idee, die wir umsetzen werden. Zusätzlich ist unsere Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt: Bei Störungen genügt ein kurzer Anruf oder Hinweis, und wir kümmern uns sofort darum.

I had a great stay at this hostel in Berlin. The staff at the reception were exceptional—always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They never let us down and were happy to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das einfache Doppelzimmer war sauber und völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar schlicht, aber frisch und für einen guten Start in den Tag vollkommen in Ordnung.
Wer keine besonderen Ansprüche an Luxus hat und eine saubere, preiswerte Unterkunft mit herzlicher Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
