I stayed in one of their properties for five months (May–October 2023), and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The house was more like a cramped dormitory, with four bunk beds and lockers disguised as cupboards. There was virtually no space for personal belongings. terrible company with giving the deposit back. its been over a 16 months and hasn't got my deposit back yet and do not get fooled with good reviews. The people who post bad reviews about this company gets the reviews cancelled or remove due to volition of policy because bad reviews are actually right !
It took over a year before I received my deposit. They don't answer emails. They are rude and ignore you when you try to contact them. Not a professional company. The facilities of the apartment doesn't fit the number of people they put in. They highly overcharge - I payed 390 euros to live with 3 other people IN THE SAME ROOM. Even the other rental companies that overcharge follow standard German law when it comes to their internal procedures, but this company simply does not. NGB was my first choice since I moved to Berlin . It’s been 1 year and I couldn’t thank enough to all the support and the ease of handling the situations NGB has given . I would highly recommend to everyone in the future and also I’ve already recommended many .
After living with NGB living for 8 months, I would highly recommend to use their housing services. The team was helpful, the rent was offordable, and good customer service. It was a good and pleasant experience for me. Highly recommended if you are searching for apartments in Berlin.
