NGB was my first choice since I moved to Berlin . It’s been 1 year and I couldn’t thank enough to all the support and the ease of handling the situations NGB has given . I would highly recommend to everyone in the future and also I’ve already recommended many .

Apart from the cramped living conditions which seems to be near to/below the legal minimum of 10 square metres per person, where I lived in a room with 3 others (which I will happily retract if given proof to the contrary), it has also been more than a year and 4 months since I moved out, and 7 months since they claimed to have a 'backlog' that would be cleared in 10 weeks. I would give 0 stars if I could. It is my opinion, given my personal experience, that this company has treated desperate students unfairly (who do not know their rights, or do not have the necessary resources to pursue further action). I would be happy to provide receipts proving my personal experience, should any takedown notices because of alleged 'defamation' (Verleumdung).
