The rent is too expensive. And ( the new guy in the reception is acting like the queen of England ) He does not help at all. He just asking money for every small things. I do not accept charty ( I pay the rent every month) My advice for the neon wood frankfurter tor ( do not put a Narcissistic guy in the reception) Find a good human person
I’ve been here for a year, my patner and I had a good studio apartment and we had a family emergency that needed extended stay and the staff was very helpful and especially the guys at the reception, very friendly, helpful and understanding, it may be a little pricey but it’s worth it, thanks

I've lived here from 2019 to 2023, and had generally declining experience with it. The current price for this kind of living quality is unacceptable. I even had an accident where small stones fell off the ceiling and destroyed my tablet. Though it was settled, this kind of accident should never happen. Note: the company behind this is now trying to remove reviews using the "defamation" claim.

I had a water leak in the bathroom, and Miguel reacted very quickly! The issue was resolved in no time, and I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled!
They could improve the reservation and contract signing process. However, the warmth and friendliness of the staff more than make up for it.
