Ich muss sagen , seitdem ich in der Nähe lebe ist es extrem laut vor dem Apartment! Jugendliche sind so laut & versammeln sich davor ! Schreien & brüllen = Normalität!

⚠️ AVOID THIS COMPANY – Terrible Communication & Unfair Practices ⚠️ I had to move out early due to financial difficulties, but Neonwood (CCG1 Cable S.à r.l.) refused to cancel my contract even after I found three replacement tenants. Each one lost interest because the company ignored them—zero communication for weeks! Their responses (when they finally replied) were nonsensical, slow, and unhelpful. When weekends occurred in between, the response time could extend to two days, as our office is closed on weekends. We’re happy to provide email records to confirm this communication. Freut mich, dass ihr alle so zufrieden sind. Seitdem diese extrem teurer Studenten- Unterkunft in der Otto Franke Straße beheimatet ist, vermüllt die Straße ohne Ende. Auch Naziparolen prangen an den Wänden, aber das scheint niemand zu stören, obwohl darauf schriftlich hingewiesen wurde.
