Nicht zu empfehlen! Unprofessional. Kurz vorm Termin wurde ich angerufen ob ich nach halbe Stunde kommen könnte und von einem anderen gestylt werden könnte. Es sei eine Ausnahme! So was passiere eigentlich nicht! Unprofessionalität hoch 10!

This place is fantastic. I went to Berit to have my hair colored and she did such an amazing job, it’s the best dye job I’ve ever had done. Very grateful that I found her! The salon itself is also very cool, comfortable, nice atmosphere, professional, easy to find.
This is the best salon I’ve found in Berlin. Gemma is fantastic…I always leave here looking and feeling great.
Ich war heute das erste Mal bei NeoBerlin und wurde mit einem freundlichen Lächeln empfangen. Die Atmosphäre in dem Salon ist sehr warm und freundlich. Ich wurde mit etwas zu trinken versorgt, von Morgan sehr gut und geduldig beraten und habe einen tollen Haarschnitt bekommen. Ich kann NeoBerlin nur weiterempfehlen!
Staff is super friendly and the place is very clean and modern. Feels very Berlin! Had my haircut with Stefanos, who is extremely friendly, professional and fun! Awful customer experience! While Julia is amazing the rest of the staff are completely unprofessional, ironic, arrogant and they dont know what good service is! They made a mistake with my booking and instead of trying to find an alternative they started being cocky, making fun of the situation, being arrogant and playing smart. The worst balayage of my life. You can’t tell its balayage from any angle, it looks like a poorly done dirty yellow highlight when i wanted mahogany balayage. I couldn’t tell any difference in the hair colour even after looking at it from multiple angles. When i didn’t like how it turned out in the end they got annoyed and said that he has other appointments and said “it won’t turn out how you want,end of discussion” which was absolutely preposte…
After my initial highlights appointment went wrong I got re-booked with Max and he did an amazing job with the colour correction. I wouldn't book with anyone else for colour and highlights :)
