Ich war das erste Mal im Salon und hatte einen Balayage Termin bei Jacky. Ich habe mich von Anfang an wohl gefühlt,das ganze Team war super lieb und das Ergebnis ist perfekt!

Nach ewige Suche bin ich bei euch gelandet und noch einmal zutiefst enttäuscht...Ohne jegliche Emotionen mein Po langes Haar bis zur schulter abgeschnitten, stundenlang Haare blondiert und gefärbt mit dem Ergebnis das einige Strähnen nach wie vor ohne Veränderung heller geworden sind. Und das beste war der mächtige Preis von fast 300,00 € am Ende...Der Laden ist zwar kultig eigerichtet, aber von Qualität her nicht besser als der Laden um die Ecke für 10,00 €. Sorry, nie weider!

Ich war bei Manuela und bin so so so glücklich mit meiner Friseur. Manuela hat sofort verstanden, worum es mir geht: mehr Lebendigkeit und Kontur im Gesicht, ohne dabei meine Natürlichkeit zu verlieren oder zu präsent zu sein. Sie hat vorgeschlagen, die Augenbrauen zu färben (game changing!) und eine seitliche, das Gesicht umrandende Haarsträhne etwas dunkler zu färben. Wahnsinn, so eine kleine große Veränderung an mir zu sehen!

Ich habe angerufen, um nach einen Termin zu fragen. Noch nie wurde ich so unhöflich behandelt. Auf keinen Fall würde ich dort hingehen. Allein das Gespräch am Telefon war sehr unbehaglich, dass ich es mir nicht ausmalen will, wie es seien muss, dort 3 Stunden lang beim Frisör zu sitzen. Als Dienstleister so eine Dreistigkeit zu besitzen ist echt der Hammer.

It's horrible! I did not think that after I wash my hair at home, such irregularities would appear in the haircut, because when I left the salon, it seemed that everything was fine. But in fact, the hairdresser simply masked her failure with styling. I am shocked how it was possible to ruin my hair, which was the same length. I just wanted to make bangs and so that the hair lay a little softer in the hairstyle, I just wanted a soft cut and I even said about it and showed it in the photo and video how it should be. And I warned her that I am growing my hair now and I don’t want to cut it a lot, I just want to freshen up the ends, since my hair is in excellent condition (natural and I don’t use a hair dryer). The master warned me that I have very straight hair and they will need to be styled, I understood this when I decided to make bangs and was ready for it. But the problem is not in the styling, the problem is that the haircut turned out to be not symmetrical, the bangs on one side are shorter than on the other, and the strands of the face on one side have a greater gradient than on the other. Even when I do styling, this disgrace is hard to hide. Another problem is that the density of my hair was very much removed. Moreover, when I saw how high the hairdresser raised my hair (she took a very large angle in the haircut), I immediately told her that she cuts a lot, I don’t want a strong gradient. But she assured me that it only seems so, and she does this so that the hair lies softly and with volume, but now my fears turned out to be true. Now I understand that she simply cannot do such haircuts on absolutely straight hair, just if she could do what I want, she would know that it was possible to do the same, but just the cut angle should have been much lower and then I would have stayed with mine thick long hair and would get what she wanted. And now I have a lot of work to put these errors in the haircut. But I must say the girl was nice and sweet, the salon is also well and beautifully equipped, but unfortunately that's all I can say good about this salon. Therefore, I do not recommend going there and getting a haircut there, you will just throw money away and lose your hair. I demand that my 105€ be returned to me, as this will be some kind of compensation for the damages applied.

Ich war mit meiner Trauzeugin zum brautstyling dort. Wir wurden beide geschminkt und Haare gestylt. Es war unfassbar schlecht! Die reinste Katastrophe! Lasst nicht euer Geld dort! Ich musste mich abschminken und es selbst machen, um das noch zu retten. Und auch die Haare: es sollte ein Dutt in un-done sein. Echt nicht schwer, das mach ich immer selbst. Aber hier: Ich musste mehrmals bitten, es nochmal zu machen und wäre fast verzweifelt. Horror! Und das gleiche bei meiner Trauzeugin, die war auch entsetzt. Und die "Stylisten" war die Chefin und der "Top-Stylist" XD so lächerlich
