Ich war das erste Mal bei Strauch („Jacky“), weil ich mit einem perfekten Ergebnis einen Friseur verlassen wollte, was leider nicht der Fall war. Ich hatte ein Blowout mit Highlights und einen Haarschnitt. Jacky wirkte nicht besonders gut gelaunt und hat auch nicht mit mir geredet, es sei denn, ich habe explizit etwas gefragt. Gut beraten, habe ich mich auch nicht gefühlt. Ich erwarte eine professionelle Typberatung, wenn ich frage, was mir stehen würde… Am Ende waren die von ihr gesetzten Strähnen alle gelb, weil die Blondierung zu kurz eingewirkt ist, das Ergebnis war eines der schlechtesten, was ich je nach einem Termin beim Friseur hatte. Als ich sie darauf ansprach, hat man gleich am Gesichtsausdruck gesehen, dass ihr das gar nicht gepasst hat und dann wollte sie es auf die Arbeit der Friseurin davor schieben…Fehler können passieren, aber kritikfähig sollte man sein. An einem anderen Tag hat die liebe Eda meine Haare korrigiert. Sie war freundlich und hat mir ein schönes Ergebnis gezaubert. Neue Strähnen, Glossing, Mattierung und sie musste auch etwas nachschneiden auf einer Seite, weil die Seiten nicht gleich lang waren… Bei einem Preis von fast 500€! Super enttäuschend und eig eher peinlich.

Ich schreibe im Namen meiner Mutter. Sie war dort beim Frisör, hatte vorher für dich kleine Törtchen geholt und die in ihrer Handtasche gelassen. Die Handtasche hat sie im Wartebereich liegen gelassen und hat einer Mitarbeiterin von dem Salon gefragt ob das in Ordnung ist. Danach hat sie dich auf den Stuhl gesetzt und ihre Haare wurden geschnitten. 10 min später kam der Chef mit ihrer Tasche an und hat gefragt ob die Törtchen für ohne und seine Mitarbeiterinnen sind und er die jetzt schon auf machen darf. Diese Frechheit muss man eigentlich mit -4 Sternen benoten. Meine Mutter wird da nie wieder hin gehen und möchte diesen Laden nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte einen Termin bei Christine und bekam erst eine top Beratung👌🏻, und anschließend fantastische Haare. 🤩 Unglaublich schön geworden! It's horrible! I did not think that after I wash my hair at home, such irregularities would appear in the haircut, because when I left the salon, it seemed that everything was fine. But in fact, the hairdresser simply masked her failure with styling. I am shocked how it was possible to ruin my hair, which was the same length. I just wanted to make bangs and so that the hair lay a little softer in the hairstyle, I just wanted a soft cut and I even said about it and showed it in the photo and video how it should be. And I warned her that I am growing my hair now and I don’t want to cut it a lot, I just want to freshen up the ends, since my hair is in excellent condition (natural and I don’t use a hair dryer). The master warned me that I have very straight hair and they will need to be styled, I understood this when I decided to make bangs and was ready for it. But the problem is not in the styling, the problem is that the haircut turned out to be not symmetrical, the bangs on one side are shorter than on the other, and the strands of the face on one side have a greater gradient than on the other. Even when I do styling, this disgrace is hard to hide. Another problem is that the density of my hair was very much removed. Moreover, when I saw how high the hairdresser raised my hair (she took a very large angle in the haircut), I immediately told her that she cuts a lot, I don’t want a strong gradient. But she assured me that it only seems so, and she does this so that the hair lies softly and with volume, but now my fears turned out to be true. Now I understand that she simply cannot do such haircuts on absolutely straight hair, just if she could do what I want, she would know that it was possible to do the same, but just the cut angle should have been much lower and then I would have stayed with mine thick long hair and would get what she wanted. And now I have a lot of work to put these errors in the haircut. But I must say the girl was nice and sweet, the salon is also well and beautifully equipped, but unfortunately that's all I can say good about this salon. Therefore, I do not recommend going there and getting a haircut there, you will just throw money away and lose your hair. I demand that my 105€ be returned to me, as this will be some kind of compensation for the damages applied.

Ich war mit meiner Trauzeugin zum brautstyling dort. Wir wurden beide geschminkt und Haare gestylt. Es war unfassbar schlecht! Die reinste Katastrophe! Lasst nicht euer Geld dort! Ich musste mich abschminken und es selbst machen, um das noch zu retten. Und auch die Haare: es sollte ein Dutt in un-done sein. Echt nicht schwer, das mach ich immer selbst. Aber hier: Ich musste mehrmals bitten, es nochmal zu machen und wäre fast verzweifelt. Horror! Und das gleiche bei meiner Trauzeugin, die war auch entsetzt. Und die "Stylisten" war die Chefin und der "Top-Stylist" XD so lächerlich
