I was honestly impressed. It is an airport hotel so don't expect anything too lavish or large, but with that understanding I'd say it exceeded expectations. Especially the staff service. They were very helpful and kind, particularly the woman that checked us in, I wish I'd caught her name. One other thing to mention is that it's shockingly well sound insulated, we didn't hear a thing.
Too far from all gates. Expensive: $124 for a minimum of three hours! Nevertheless, it is good to have a place to relax, rest, and have a hot shower.
My Cloud is immaculate and modern. I would recommend booking a room with a shower. There’s something so refreshing about being able to shower in-between long flights. I felt refreshed and relieved And on cloud 9 after. Highly recommend. Also, the receptionist working yesterday 8am shift was absolutely lovely. I didn’t get her name, but thank you :)
This place was perfect for a 6-hour layover I had at Frankfurt Airport in April 2026. I just booked the room for 3 hours and it was perfect for a nap and shower. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, and there was even a hair dryer. The room was compact but well designed and didn't feel claustrophobic. Huge thank you to the team at the MyCloud hotel! Had a stressful situation with a senior guest who lost phone connection early in the morning an hour before her flight departure and could not orient herself in the airport. I contacted the hotel and within minutes the staff personally checked on her that she was awake and helped restore her WiFi connection. The checkin staff is very low efficient, stupid questions asked, and lots of people lining up for checkin, buying some food in the late evening seems impossible as we have to wait for others checking in first and it takes at least a hour. I suggest you have an automated machine to pay for the food you supply.
Very good hotel situated in Z area. The lady at the counter was kind and helpful. There’s 2 types of room: with windows or without. The room is sparkling clean, the bed is super comfortable and the shower is great. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have a long layover in Frankfurt airport.
Excellent little hotel within the airport next to Z gates. Very comfortable and easy to get to. Totally worth the money for travellers with a long layover.. specially between India and the USA. No need to change terminals. Quick walk from the inbound and Outbound gates
Excellent facility if you have a long layover in Frankfurt airport Clean and decent rooms for either overnight or a few hours. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit tricky to find, although signposted once you reach Terminal Z , and it is a 20 minute walk from Terminal 1 including a 2 or 3 minute train ride.
