No caigáis en alquilar una habitación aquí por vuestra necesidad, se aprovechan de ello. Se nos estropeó la secadora común y tardaron más de un mes en pasar a mirarla. Ahora estamos sin secadora de nuevo porque como la enchufes salta el plomo y no hacen nada al respecto (llevamos un mes o más desde que se reportó eso). Mein Tipp: Finger weg von diesen Apartments. Spricht man direkt mit den jetzigen Bewohnern, gibt es kaum jemanden , der mit der Wohnung und der Verwaltung zufrieden ist. Die Mio-Apartments werden von den eigenen Mitarbeitern positiv bewertet. Ein absolutes No-Go.
Una vergüenza que permitan esto en un barrio residencial. Alquiler vacacional (porque puedes alquilar a partir de 3 meses) para alemanes. El alcalde se lo llevó calentito. Sin vergüenzas. Edit por la respuesta: Para más inri, me contestan en alemán diciendo que está disponible para todos jajaja. Micro "pisos" de 14 y 18m2 compartiendo cocina con otros "pisos". Update: después de 50 días, un barofax de por medio y amenazar con abogados han devuelto la fianza. Lamentablemente haber tenido que llegar a esa instancia además de haberme descontado un colchón que me entregaron en condiciones lamentables y no hice foto para contrarrestar. Wir wohnen nun seit 1 Jahr wochenweise hier und kann es definitiv NICHT empfehlen! Wir haben hier aktuell 36 Grad und ständig fällt die Klimaanlage aus und es dauert Tage, bis sich mal jemand kümmert. Der Poolbereich wird ständig von Fremden ( Nicht- Mietern) belagert, die bis nachts Party machen und ihren Müll liegen lassen.

Stayed here last summer for 6 months as part of a group. Beds by the pool were always broken, the room was unable to cool down making it a sauna...the email address to write too went unanswered... It was an awful time here. Never again!
