Do Not Live Here – Overpriced and Terrible Management I strongly advise against living in this building. The rent is outrageously high for what you actually get, and the management company, Básico, is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They are unresponsive, dismissive, and show no concern for tenants whatsoever. One of the biggest issues is the air conditioning—it constantly breaks down, and getting it repaired is a battle. Expect long waits, minimal communication, and no sense of urgency from management. In a place where AC is essential, this is beyond unacceptable. On top of that, the building itself is poorly maintained. For the price you pay, you’d expect quality service and a well-kept property, but that’s far from reality. If you ever have an issue, good luck getting anyone to care or respond in a timely manner. But it gets worse—Domus Vivendi, the so-called “luxury” developer behind this building, is a total scam. They have mastered the art of fooling people with flashy marketing and big promises, but the reality is far from what they advertise. The materials used in their developments are cheap, poorly installed, and simply not built to last. What they sell as “high-end” is actually low-budget construction disguised with a pretty sales pitch. Great job Family Beulich! (Owners of Domus Vivendi)! Overall, this place is not worth the money, the stress, or the frustration. There are plenty of better options out there—avoid this building and Básico and any Domus Vivendi buildings at all costs!
