I ordered a piece of furniture from Möbel Brotz over a year ago, and to this day I have not received the complete item – a crucial side panel is missing, making the furniture unusable. Despite contacting Möbel Brotz multiple times via email and at least 3–4 times via their now-defunct online chat, I never received a proper solution. At one point I was told the part had been shipped, but I never received a tracking code. I was later informed that the shipping address they used was wrong – yet again, nothing arrived and I was left without follow-up. Eventually, I was simply ignored. And yet – they continue to send me payment demands for a product that has never been delivered in full. Under both German (BGB §§ 434, 437, 320) and Swiss (OR Art. 82) consumer law, I am not obliged to pay for an incomplete or defective product. I've made this clear to the company, but no one has taken accountability. At this point, I’ve had to escalate the matter and involve the Verbraucherzentrale NRW (Consumer Protection). Avoid ordering from Möbel Brotz if you expect basic customer service, legal compliance, or even the full product you paid for. Worst thing is they try and put the blame on me, saying I never contacted them and that the piece was delivered. Yeah it was delivered to a fake adresa that Möbel Brotz made up because they couldn't be bothered to check that the adress was correct. The second "attempted delivery" was promised via their chat service, which seems to never have happened because they have no recollection in the system of all the times I used their online chat system. Which was almost all the time. Employees so lazy they can't spend 1 min to check an adress.

Expérience client décevante. On me recontacte un mois plus tard, sans aucune souplesse, pour m'imposer une date qui ne convient pas. J'avais pourtant précisé mes disponibilités sur trois jours différents dans la semaine, mais visiblement, personne ne lit les commentaires. Et quand je le signale le soucis, on me répond que c'est soit cette date imposée, soit encore un mois d'attente. Bref, aucune considération pour le client.

Один зі складів для доставки за кількасот метрів вище. Було б добре, додати мітку для Гугл карт, щоб працівники отримували зворотній звʼязок. А так то адреса в документах вписана була правильно і навігатор привів під самий склад. Товар прийняли відразу. Графік роботи на фото.

Nawet jeżeli ktoś nie chce to i tak coś dla siebie znajdzie. Polecam
