They are bilingual which helped a lot so we were able to setup our internet service and bundle cell phone service with them early on when we got to Germany. I’m happy I chose them and have no complaints
This store’s staff service was pathetic. (Gate 1) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I attempted to schedule contract termination three months in advance of leaving Germany/PCS, that was not accepted without PCS orders. I returned approximately two months later with PCS orders, and termination was scheduled. … or so it was understood. For the internet service, I returned the modem at the end of April. Absolut das letzte was mir in meinem langen Leben passiert ist Nachdem ich eine Simkarte gekauft hatte und den Voranbieter um die Genehmigung einer Rufnummermitnahme bat und das auch sofort bewilligt wurde erhoffte ich mir Hilfe von dieser Firma. If I could give minus Stars I would! In all of my live I never experienced such bad customer service! Went there to get my father a pre paid card and wanted to keep his old number. They filled out the paperwork wrong, we had to go in multiple times and were always told it's not the shops fault and so on.
