My wife and I PCS'd from the United States a little over a month ago. We instantly saw a house we were interested in and got connected to Nico. He was fantastic to work with. Everything from the initial tour, various questions, and signing the final paper he was knowledgeable on. Overall, our first time being overseas was a success and Nico played a huge part in it.

Hallo, Ich bin total begeistert von den Immobilienmakler Der Herr Lewandowski der super freundlich und äußerst transparent die Karten auf dem Tisch legt. Zudem sein Wort fest in der Tat verankert ist. Ich bekam ein Notartermin innerhalb zehn Tagen , somit den finalen Termin so dass auch nichts mehr dazwischen kommen kann was rekordverdächtig ist. Nico was my sell person for the building I am renting. He did a great job and explaining everything about the house to me. I inspected every bit of the house and had questions in just about every room. He helped me out a lot. He was very patient with me. I would come back here if I need to look for a place to rent again.
This team was very helpful in our transition to Germany, the house we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. We had use of a car the whole time which helped since our car was not here yet. My husband and I are new to Germany and looking for a home to rent was a little intimidating as we had never done it before. Well I had seen a post on Facebook from Nico advertising a home and messaged him about viewing it and he replied almost immediately. Nico made the process of looking and finalizing a renting contract easy and simple! I highly recommend him and will recommend him to others who maybe looking for a home.
