Ein großes Danke schön an das Immo Team Jakob. Insbesondere ein Danke schön an Herr Nico Lewandowsky. Sehr professionelle Leistung,sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Er war immer und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Team. Ich würde das Immo Team Jakob jederzeit wieder beauftragen und ich werde es im gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. I've lived at one of their properties for almost 4 months now, and now I can't even get them to answer the phone or text me back. There are a bunch of broken promises and areas in the contract from their side. Hence why I can't, get them to take my calls/texts anymore. Good luck trying to get them to hold up their end of things. If you use them, my advice is to get everything CLEARLY written in the contract. Also, other tenants feel this way as well, this isn't just me venting. The other tenants feels shaded and like they're paying for services not rendered. Sure maybe we'll get money back at the end of the year, but we'd rather get the agreed upon services. For now, there's nothing we can do short of going to court which isn't worth it at this point. So I at least wanted to warn others. After I signed the contract and now 4 months later, I see all that positive treatment they showed me back then was fake just to get me to move in. The property itself isn't bad, just don't expect the realtor/owners to do anything after you move in✌️.
