sorry, ich weiß nicht, wie man zu diesen positiven Bewertungen kommt. Meine Erfahrung vor zwei Wochen war mehr als schlecht. Dr. Eckart gab mir schon in unserem ersten Gespräch zu verstehen, dass er privat versicherte, bevorzugt. Ich bekam Blut abgenommen und wurde an den Händen geröntgt. Man bat mich, die Praxis, montags oder dienstags zu kontaktieren, was ich tat, doch ich erreiche niemand. Ich schrieb 2 E-Mails mit der Bitte um Rückruf bezügl…
Always very competent and friendly medical care by Dr Ekhart and his team. I have been treated for several ailments and each time I have received caring, dedicated treatment. Dr Ekhart would take the time to call patients in the evenings or at weekends to ensure that the treatment was progressing as expected. His support team is also highly professional and efficient.
Positiv: Schneller Termin. Negativ: Leider ist das Personal nicht besonders freundlich und man fühlt sich nicht willkommen und eher als hätte man etwas falsch gemacht, dass man überhaupt dort ist.
All the doctors are caring and professional specially Dr Ekhart. Just the waiting time is too long.
Dr. Ekhart is a true professional, a once-in-a-lifetime doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients and provides solutions to any health issue you may have. He is highly recommended! Additionally, everyone in the medical practice speaks English, making it highly recommended for expats (like me).
Very friendly doctor and staff, everybody speaks english perfectly, the waiting time was very short, and everything was just perfectly done!
I’m my opinion very friendly people, the doctors also very kind and friendly. They can talk English German and more languages if someone doesn’t know German this is very important, and very nice building and good location.

Went to the clinic Wednesday for an infection to an incision after surgery. Was prescribed medication and labs run. The doctor told me I would have the results the next day and he would make sure to give them to me personally since I have a trip. Called his office and left a message the next day labs were in doctor would call back, no call received, next day called (Friday) and very rude women said my labs weren't ready explained what I was told …
Nachdem ich lange auf der Suche nach einem neuen Hausarzt war, bin ich auf die Praxis von Herrn Dr. Eckhardt und Kollegen aufmerksam geworden. Ich habe lange keinen Arzt wie Herrn Dr. Schnackenberg erlebt, der Geduld und Zeit für seine Patienten mitbringt. Fühle mich wohl und vor allem ernst genommen. Kann die Praxis nur weiterempfehlen.
