Die Termin Buchung über planity hat immer geklappt, es wurde jedoch bei der Umbuchung auf einen früheren Termin der gewünschte Friseur geändert was mit leider nicht aufgefallen ist.

Two months ago, I got a men’s perm at this salon for €135. I had been taking good care of my hair, expecting the perm to last between 3 to 6 months. Yesterday, I went back for a haircut and side perm (€70), and to my surprise, the stylist cut off most of my curls before even a full two months reaching, without asking me — I never requested for my perm to be removed.

First of all, the duration of a perm lasting between 3 to 6 months completely depends on the initial style chosen by the client. For men’s perms, the average lasting period is around 3 months. It is absolutely normal for the curls to gradually loosen over that time, and for the perm to disappear naturally after getting a haircut.
You mentioned that you searched on Google yesterday, but that information does not apply in this case and is incorrect for other customers as well. Any professional hairdresser would give you the same answer.
When I checked your hair condition yesterday, I confirmed that your natural hair is straight, and that the section treated two months ago still clearly shows remaining curls.
However, you continue to insist only on your personal opinion without accepting the factual explanation provided. Moreover, you are requesting a full refund for a service completed two months ago, while disrupting our business hours and causing discomfort to other clients — which constitutes interference with our operation. Because of that, we were unable to properly attend to two of our other customers.
Please note that no lawyer could win a case under such circumstances, especially since you refused to give us any opportunity to re-service or correct the issue.
The refund we provided was purely out of professional courtesy and pride in our business, as a gesture of apology for the inconvenience — not because we were intimidated by your unreasonable legal threats.
