Schöner und sauberer Laden mit guter Lage in 069. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und man bekommt wonach man fragt, und die Haarwaschung ist ausgezeichnet. Man sollte jedoch grundlegende Englisch Kenntnisse haben um die Kommunikation zu ermöglichen. Die Termin Buchung über planity hat immer geklappt, es wurde jedoch bei der Umbuchung auf einen früheren Termin der gewünschte Friseur geändert was mit leider nicht aufgefallen ist.

Two months ago, I got a men’s perm at this salon for €135. I had been taking good care of my hair, expecting the perm to last between 3 to 6 months. Yesterday, I went back for a haircut and side perm (€70), and to my surprise, the stylist cut off most of my curls before even a full two months reaching, without asking me — I never requested for my perm to be removed. After the appointment, the stylist tried to explain that I had told him to cut my hair. In reality, I had only asked him to trim the back a little and trim the sides a little for the down perm, and cut the back a bit more slightly. I also showed pictures of the specific style I wanted and how my hair should look with the perm I already had, which were nowhere near the results he gave me. The front middle part was uneven, and the sides were done very poorly — the down perm quality was far below what I expected. Throughout the appointment, he barely said anything. This time he held a mirror, which he never did in previous visits, but he only asked if the back was okay and didn’t check or ask about the front at all. I also read other reviews mentioning the same stylist cutting long-grown hair shorter than requested and ruining clients’ progress, so it seems to be a recurring issue. Initially, they declined to refund the €135 for the perm, claiming it had been done two months ago. They seemed to think “damage” only refers to physical hair breakage, but in my case, the damage was cutting off my permed hair prematurely and ruining the time I had spent growing it. I explained that this clearly affected the value of the service I paid for, which is why a full refund was justified. After about 30 minutes of firmly explaining my concerns and mentioning possible legal action, they refunded the full €205. While I appreciate the refund, the service itself was extremely disappointing.
