War total super. War alles sehr gut. Keine Probleme mit unserem Leihwagen und keine Probleme mit den Unterkünften. Waren zu sechst unterwegs. Immer wieder gern und CTE kann ich zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. CTE ging auch auf unsere Wünsche ein.

Ich und mein Vater haben nach dem AC/DC Konzert in Düsseldorf dort geschlafen und wir haben beide sehr positive Erfahrungen gemacht ! Der Chef ist sehr engagiert und freundlich , dass Hostel ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet . Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet , aber vollkommen In Ordnung und superlecker. Die Gäste waren alle sehr angenehm und wir haben uns wohler gefühlt als in so manchen Hotels mit Sternen ! Wenn es sich ergibt kommen wir gerne wieder !

I wanted to check in early, so I sent an email a week ago, but I didn't get a reply. I arrived at 8 am, but I couldn't get in because they didn't tell me the password. I wandered around and the back door was open, so I was able to get in. The staff told me that I could check in at 2 pm, so I waited, and when I went to the reception at 2 pm, there was no staff. I found out that they sent the email an hour after I arrived. They said they talked to me in the middle, but they said something vague, and when I didn't understand and asked them to repeat it, they left right away. I told the staff about this, but they blamed me and I felt bad. When I told the staff, he said, Am I responsible for your feelings now? Welcome to Germany I've never seen such a rude staff member before, and it was the worst. + Of course I couldn't check in early. Since you didn't reply to my email, I'm sorry you don't know the difference between being direct and being rude. And you say I made a furious accusation? I guess you're more sensitive.

Wir haben eine Nacht dort verbracht. Für Kurzaufenthalt gut und günstig. Liegt verkehrsgünstig am Bahnhof.
