Ich und mein Vater haben nach dem AC/DC Konzert in Düsseldorf dort geschlafen und wir haben beide sehr positive Erfahrungen gemacht ! Der Chef ist sehr engagiert und freundlich , dass Hostel ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet . Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet , aber vollkommen In Ordnung und superlecker. Stayed in a 4-bed dormitry for 7 nights in June. Enjoyed my stay there. :) Everything is cleaner than expected and cute decor as well. Didn't expect to have breakfast (e.g. bread, cereal, coffee, apples etc) at that price. Made some new friends in the breakfast hall too. U-Bahn station is just a block away and Bilk train station within a few minutes of walk. Convenient to navigate around Düsseldorf.

I wanted to check in early, so I sent an email a week ago, but I didn't get a reply. I arrived at 8 am, but I couldn't get in because they didn't tell me the password. So, our version of this story sounds a little different. It's true that you arrived at the hostel at 8:00 a.m. and wanted to help yourself to the free breakfast buffet right away. It's not true that we promised you an early check-in. I approached you at 10:00 a.m. to tell you you could go to your room (4 hours before check-in), which you didn't understand at all. When your outraged accusations came via WhatsApp at 2:00 p.m., I pointed out your very poor English, which you reacted to. In Germany, we speak directly and without detours (unlike in Asia). So if you're a snowflake - traveling in Germany will certainly be a new experience for you.

No es un hostal al que volvería. Me dejé llevar por los buenos comentarios, pero me ha desilusionado bastante. Positivo: -Su cercanía a la red de transporte. Se puede tomar el bus o el metro a escasos 3 minutos caminando. -El desayuno, está incluido. Sin embargo, solo ofrecen pan de caja, mermelada, cereal y leche. -La apertura de la puerta exterior y de la habitación, es con código.
