Ich habe am Montag früh fünf Übersetzungen bestellt und diese schon am Mittwoch Nachmittag vor Ort abholen können. Super schnell, sehr freundlich und der Preis war auch absolut in Ordnung! Es war sogar um einiges günstiger als bei einem anderen Anbieter :-) Vielen Dank für die super Arbeit!

I had some emergency documents to be translated. I got a quote until which was fine. I had few questions and sent emails. I got only half answers, so I called couple of times because I am in emergency. The quote was also for emergency express service with high charge. When I called the next time the lady was so unfriendly and not polite. She said like if you keep calling there is no use. Wait for send an email and wait for response. I said I waited and didn’t get any response. She then cut the call. And today when I went for collection in person to the office, not sure if its the same lady, she just kept those papers on the counter and left, while I am still checking if that’s correct. Absolutely zero customer friendly.

Diesen Monat habe ich meine B1-Prüfung mit 295/300 Punkten bestanden. Ich habe seit dem A2-Niveau mit der Lehrerin Maresa Altnöder gelernt. Es ist eine tolle Lernerfahrung für mich. :)
