We wanted to get an internet connection, we have not even received an email from anyone for more than a week since signing the contract and although we clearly gave them our contact details , TWO times they failed to contact us . Be careful!

1) I was told that my new number will be activated in 15 minutes. But it did not after even two hours. I was forced to return to this shop on Kaiserstreet and wasted my precious time. 2) Besides I was not told by this man with beard that I should have set a plan for data usage. That is why the internet was very expensive for first few days for me (like 10 minutes 3 euros). The man from other Vodafone shop (on Zeil) assisted me to it. I am not satisfied with the shop on Kaizerstreet, near Hauptbahnhof.
