GoogleI had one of the worst experiences with this taxi service. The car arrived almost 30 minutes late, and when it finally showed up, it was in very poor condition—dirty seats, broken AC, and a strong unpleasant smell. The driver drove recklessly, constantly on the phone, and did not follow the GPS properly, which made the ride even longer than necessary. On top of that, the fare was much higher than what was shown in the app. There was no sense of professionalism, safety, or customer care. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
