Came to withdraw some cash, and the machine gave me a €100 bill. Not sure how anyone is supposed to reasonably break that, so I went to the window to ask for an exchange to smaller bills. The woman saw us, made us wait for 5 minutes for no reason, and then said they don’t do exchanges. Not helpful!
