The female staff provided very poor service. I came with the intention to buy a bag, but she thought I was a thief. She snatched the bag from my hand. I was just holding one bag while going to look at another one, and my boyfriend was still in the store. The female staff spoke German, which I didn’t understand, and she made an unpleasant facial expression. Was it because I’m Asian that she thought I would steal the bag? There was also a male staff member—I’m not sure if he was the manager—but he was polite and provided respectful service. Die Verkäuferin war sehr unhöflich und dachte, ich wollte eine Tasche stehlen. Sie machte ein abscheuliches Gesicht zu mir. Das war meine erste schlimme Einkaufserfahrung in Deutschland.
