The female staff provided very poor service. I came with the intention to buy a bag, but she thought I was a thief. She snatched the bag from my hand. I was just holding one bag while going to look at another one, and my boyfriend was still in the store. 昨天下午去這間店尋找有否合適的行李箱。 一位金髮女性白人服務人員知道我在找非中國製的行李箱時，簡短的對話之後就離開；我繼續尋找有否非中國製但其他國家製造的箱子，她繼續在注意我。 後來她的同事來問我「需要幫忙嗎？」，我正要開口時，她叫出他的名字，說Nein,然後用德語阻止他為我服務，說了之後還大聲嘲笑我；這是我在德國遇到的最惡劣、沒品的行為！
Bad service and quality. When trying to get a bad quality product replaced/fixed I was very rudely rejected even though they explicitly sold it with warranty. Edit: The store owner filed a complaint against this review claiming they don't know me, which is not surprising given this is a cash only walk-in business. I recommend investing into service and communication training of your employees + a better warranty policy instead of lawyer.

FRAUD! My parents visited Munich and bought a Samsonite luggage thinking that they have good price offer and business ethics. Unfortunately, it’s proven otherwise. 自從有網頁開始傳這間有世界上最便宜的REMOWA後，現在裡面還有少數三款，價位約在1400歐元左右的鋁殼硬箱。附近四間統一剩下相同款型，該牌便宜的應該都被掃完了。不過其他品牌確實也划算，還有合適紀念品不小心買太多的人，臨時選個大箱也有非常便宜美觀的。退稅記得在19%
Ich war heute dort um mir einen neuen Koffer zu holen. Leider kann ich das Geschäft nicht weiter empfehlen. Koffer Auswahl Vorort war super. Allerdings waren die Verkäufer nicht sehr nett und haben sich ständig angekeift. Zu dem wollte ich eine Beratung zu einem Koffer aber die Dame ging einfach ohne jeglichen Kommentar als eine andere Kunden Sie was fragte. Die Umgangssprache war auch etwas fragwürdig. 就是在這家被他們一直催促結帳叫我趕快去百貨公司退稅😂 連箱子也不願讓我檢查，當我要求要檢查裡面時女性店員還嘲諷的表示你沒時間退稅了還要看。 但男性店員服務有禮貌，因在第一家看了三天都沒有以後在這裡買了第一個。 百貨四樓的退稅時間其實到19:30，可以不要理會店員的催促。 四家店的商品都不一樣也不同步，建議可以四家都去逛逛。
