Leider waren wir diesmal nicht zufrieden. Wir mussten 1 Stunde warten und anstatt Shuttle zum Parkplatz wurde mit unserem Auto vorgefahren. Das war so nicht vereinbart.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Buchung war sehr einfach online möglich. Bei Abflug und Landung haben wir beide Male zuverlässig die angegebene Telefonnummer erreicht und nur je ca. 15min gewartet, trotz verspäteter Landung. Gerne wieder.

First time flying from DUS, i came across this valet parking service. Website was user-friendly, booked and payed seamlessly. Things became a bit complicated 30 mins before our flight, we had to call the company for them to collect the car at the airport. When calling their phone number, they hang up 2-3 seconds after. This happened around 4 times but at the end they answered, and were waiting for us to pick up the car. The bigger problem happened on the way back, after arriving to DUS and collecting our luggage around 11 PM, we called the valet service numerous times from 2 phones for more than 45 mins: always the same story, answer for 2-3 seconds then hang up, at a later stage they began screaming and hanging up the line. As a result, I went to DUS parking services desk, the employee was very helpful, called them from my phone, same story: 2-3 seconds screaming then hanging up. So i told him to call from his phone, and miraculously while talking firm german to the valet company, they brought the car after almost 30 mins. The employee told me that he needed to be firm and rude with them as they don’t care and always act this way. Time and effort lost to claim my car are not worth booking this company again: was it because i only spoke english and not german? As a traveler in an international airport, i expect companies to have minimum knowledge of english; especially for such a basic service! If not, that is also ok, but state that clearly on your website!! By the way, i gave 2 stars instead of 1 because we finally got our car back.
