Arranged a test drive for a Potential vehicle that I wanted to buy. I arrived on time but the appointment hadn't been noted . I was told to take a seat and they would sort it out. I waited for an hour but nothing happened. I went up to talk to them. They said they needed to change the battery so I took a seat again and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I went to speak to them again. I was told that they couldn't get the vehicle running. There was no explanation and no apology. 2 hours of my time wasted.
